On 1 February, price changes will take effect for Post Office boxes, common boxes, private bags and locked bags. You'll find the upcoming changes listed below.

1 All sizes not available at all outlets.
2 Pay on Time is available to existing non-business post office box and bag customers who renew their service by 31 March each year.
3 Business pricing applies for persons or entities carrying on an enterprise under an Australian Business Number (ABN), with the exception of not-for-profit organisations and unincorporated associations.
4 Specified pricing applies to PO Box services at Canberra, Hobart and Darwin GPOs and certain post offices as determined by Australia Post.
5 Excludes persons residing on houseboats, water / sea vessels or on a private road such as a caravan park, gated community, retirement village or defence force barracks. Only available for customers where Australia Post doesn't deliver to their residential or business address, and each non-delivery address is eligible for one reduced rate PO Box or locked bag at the nearest Post Office. (Note: assessment may take up to seven days. Customers may be changed to full rate if delivery circumstances change).
