Changes to MyStamps collection

Australia Post has removed three designs from sale: Teddy Bear, House and Star shape from our MyStamps collection. This change came into effect on 1 July 2024.

How to create and order MyStamps

1. Upload your image

Upload your image, select your stamp shape, edit your image (zoom, rotate, crop) on the stamp and review.

2. Pick postage/rate

Select the postage type (domestic or international), the denomination and the number of stamp sheets — the more you buy, the more you save.

3. Check out

Accept the terms and conditions and complete the check-out process.

For personalised products please allow up to 10 business days for printing. If you wish to receive your personalised product by a certain date, please ensure that you allow sufficient time for the order to be printed and delivered.

Each sheet contains 20 stamps of the same design, with a minimum order of 1 sheet.

Tips on getting the best MyStamps

We recommend uploading high-resolution photos/images as they will give you the best and clearest MyStamps possible. Before uploading:

  • Choose a high-resolution photo (image files can be up to 10MB)
  • Ensure it's one of the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG or BMP
  • Double check your image image is not too light or dark. You might like to adjust your image/photo using your device's photo editing apps or software before uploading.

Image guidelines

Before creating your personalised stamps, it’s important that you’re aware of our terms and conditions, including guidelines on photo suitability.1

Ultimately, we won’t accept any image which:

  • is in any way discriminatory
  • contains any well-known person, location or monument
  • contains offensive or defamatory text
  • includes offensive material of any kind (e.g. nudity, violence, illegal or anti-social behaviour)
  • is political or nationalistic in any way (including the use of flags)
