Post Office and retail updates

From 12 February 2025, we're prioritising our core range of products to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. This will mean some product ranges will no longer be available online but still be available at participating Post Offices.

From Monday 3 March 2025, the Sample Post mail service will no longer be available at Australia Post.

On 1 February, price changes will take effect for Post Office boxes, common boxes, private bags and locked bags.

The back of the cover for the 2025 Lunar New Year Snake PNC (RAM) (76603191) incorrectly states the limited edition quantity for this product as 7,000.

The correct limited edition quantity is 6,000.

All 365-day prepaid mobile plans expired on 30 September 2024. 
All 30 day / monthly services (mobile and broadband) expired on 30 July 2024.

As REDcycle have ceased operations due to challenges in the recycling network, our customers are no longer able to recycle their used plastic satchels via REDcycle bins.
