What is a pricing statement?
A pricing statement lists charges for an individual transaction (lodgement) for items like parcels or letters. It's usually provided as a receipt for lodgements over the counter at either a Post Office, Business Hub, or Business Centre. If a pickup occurs at a customer lodgement point, you may not receive a pricing statement unless you download it from the My Business Account (MBA) app.

How to download your pricing statement
You can download your pricing statement from My Business Account (MBA), located within the Merchant Portal. To request access or to get help, visit Merchant Portal help and support.
Instructions
1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. Select Launch app for My Business Account.
3. Select Transactions from the top menu. Select a Statement reference. Select the PDF link.
