Audio: Female voiceover: Managing your Australia Post deliveries using the Business Support Portal. The Business Support Portal, BSP, allows you to manage all your deliveries easily in one place at any time.
Video: A red screen covers the white screen.
Text:
- Track, recall or redirect a parcel in transit
- Access proof of delivery
- Create, view and manage enquiries; and
- Access live chat during business hours.
Text in small font at the bottom of the screen reads:
Disclaimer: Our recall or redirect services are only available for parcels that have been lodged using the eParcel platform and have been addressed to a street address. If your parcel is addressed to a 24/7 Parcel Locker, PO Box or Parcel Collect, please create a RTS enquiry. The return to sender charge outlined in your contract will apply to any redirection or recall services that we provide to you. Both the recall and redirect feature are only available on eParcel or Parcel Send articles that match with your associated billing account number.
Audio: Female voiceover: In the BSP, you can track, recall or redirect a parcel in transit, access proof of delivery, create, view and manage enquiries, and access live chat during business hours.

An open laptop graphic is headed with the Australia Post and StarTrack logos.
Below, a title sits above an online form: Create a Business Support Portal login. Sign up to track your deliveries and manage all your enquiries and questions. You'll need a Business Credit Account to get started.
The form fields are: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Business Details - Business Name, Business Address, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Suburb, Country, Postcode and State.
Sample information is entered and a cursor clicks a red 'Create login' button beside a 'Cancel' button.
A new window appears on the laptop. It is entitled 'Log in to the Business Support Portal. We're here to help manage your deliveries and enable you to deliver the best service to your customers. Enter your details to log in to your account.'
The window displays two fields - Email Address and Password. Below the fields, text reads: Forgot your password? And a red 'Log in' button is above the text: Don't have an account? Create a new login.
Audio: Female voiceover: Anyone with a business credit account can use the Business Support Portal. To get started, simply register online at auspost.com.au/bsp and follow the prompts.
