Defence mail service

Defence personnel wanting to send mail can choose from a range of services to send parcels and letters within Australia and overseas.

Sending business mail

Purchase mail products using the Consumables order form for your base or over the counter at your local Post Office, using your charge account allocated to your unit.  The Consumables order form can be sourced from the Australia Post Regional Manager.

To book larger freight items, log in to Parcel Send using the account details provided by your unit or Area Manager.

Defence bases have Street Posting Boxes and letterboxes installed. To find out where Street Posting Boxes are on your base, please speak with your local Base Management team.

Sending personal mail

Purchase items from the Australia Post Online Shop or your local Post Office using your credit card.
