If you’d like to extend your service, make a change (add another person, alternative name or change the address for your service) or cancel your Mail Redirection or Mail Hold we can help you online, over the phone or at the Post Office.
Give us the OK when you complete your Personal or Concession Mail Redirection application and we’ll notify selected providers (like insurers, government departments, energy providers and telcos) of your new address.2
Our Change of Address Notification service can help you stay in touch with your customers, even when they move.
If you move house or business premises often, a Post Office Box is a great way to keep the same address, even when you move.

Parcels that can’t be delivered using a red door box will be given a card or sent a digital notification, advising collection from your Post Office.
